Meet your Employment Coordinator

Zack Rone served for over 20 years in the Mississippi Army National Guard, retiring in 2017 as the Field Artillery Master Gunner for 2-114th Field Artillery Battalion in Starkville, MS. He has been with Work For Warriors Mississippi since January 2024 helping cover the counties in northwest Mississippi. Zack is excited to be back involved with helping service members and helping them find sustainable careers. 

Zack says the most fulfilling part of his job is helping soldiers and family members fulfill their needs by finding them compatible jobs in today's workforce.

Rone graduated from Ethel High School in 1997 where he then attended Holmes Community College. Zack went on to graduate from Delta State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice.

During his service in the Mississippi Army National Guard, Rone completed the Field Artillery Master Gunner Course, Senior Leader Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) and the Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC).
