We are excited to announce three new employer partnerships that will open new doors for our participants: Lyle Machinery, Winchester Ammunition, and Northrop Grumman.

Lyle Machinery

Headquartered in Richland, Mississippi, Lyle Machinery Co. is a family-owned heavy equipment dealer serving the construction, forestry, utility, and mining industries across five states. With over 230 employees, Lyle partners with major brands like Komatsu, Bobcat, and Hitachi to offer equipment sales, rentals, service, and parts.

Lyle values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth. Their strong need for skilled technicians and support staff aligns well with the experience and work ethic of Mississippi’s military community.

Winchester Ammunition

Founded in 1866, Winchester is a historic leader in American ammunition manufacturing. Today, its facility in Oxford, Mississippi, produces millions of rounds annually for hunters, law enforcement, and the U.S. military. Winchester’s commitment to quality, precision, and safety makes it an ideal fit for veterans with backgrounds in logistics, manufacturing, and disciplined environments. Winchester values precision, discipline, and integrity. These principles align closely with military experience. Through our partnership, WFWMS can provide direct referrals, help applicants fine-tune their resumes, and assist with interview preparation to increase.

Northrop Grumman

Northrop Grumman is a global leader in defense, aerospace, and cybersecurity. With more than 100,000 employees worldwide, they are defining what’s possible through cutting-edge science and technology.

Located in Iuka, Mississippi, Northrop Grumman is expanding operations and hiring for approximately 250 positions in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and quality. WFWMS is supporting their efforts by preparing and referring veteran candidates to help fill these critical roles.
